Bistable superlattice order published in Nature

Our collaborative paper (with Prof. Qiong Ma) about tunable bistable superlattice order in TaIrTe4, has been published in Nature! Congrats to Shuhan, who led the theory for anharmonic phonon states. This work discovered a doping-induced superlattice order that is both anharmonic and significantly coupled to electronic instabilities.
